Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates and estimated transit times

We currently ship within the United States.

• Standard Shipping: $24.99 — estimated transit time of 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: $39.99 — estimated transit time of 1–2 business days

Transit times begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update. 

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, lost, or missing packages

Inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, contact shopsecondshotgolf@gmail.com promptly with photographs of the item and packaging.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Then contact us so we can help review the shipment.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable except when an order is damaged, incorrect, or materially misrepresented and Second Shot Golf Co. approves a refund of those charges.
